Stephen, CISO, has a proven track record of building and leading security programs across some of the most complex and regulated industries in the world, including financial services, fintech, gaming, and emerging technology. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations, including Western Union, BNP Paribas, Broadridge Financial, Johnson Controls, ConsenSys, FanDuel, and Napster mature their security posture and navigate critical milestones, including two public offerings. Combining deep practitioner experience with executive leadership, Stephen specializes in incident response, program development, and partnering with organizations at pivotal moments in their security journey. He also serves as a teaching assistant for a graduate cybersecurity course at Harvard University and holds both the CISSP and CISM certifications.

Cody leverages forward-thinking policy expertise and hands-on experience to help BreachRx see around corners and build an adaptive incident response platform. Prior to joining BreachRx, Cody held senior cybersecurity legal roles at Coinbase, Oracle, and the National Security Agency. He was the Chief Product Owner for a threat intelligence automation module for an early SOAR product, where he also led a team developing machine learning and big data analysis for predictive threat analysis. He is an active member of the information security community, having served as the former president of the Information Systems Security Association Phoenix Chapter, contributed to the drafting of the NIST Cybersecurity and Privacy Frameworks, and is a member of the Sedona Conference.

Young-Sae, CMO, has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing revenue marketing teams across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS markets. Throughout his career, he has helped technology companies create new categories, accelerate growth, and establish repeatable demand generation engines that drive measurable business outcomes. Combining deep technical expertise with strategic market insight, Young-Sae specializes in defining ideal customer profiles, crafting compelling value propositions, and building the teams, processes, and infrastructure required to execute at scale. He is recognized for transforming emerging technologies into market-leading businesses and sustainable growth platforms.

Matt Hartley is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of BreachRx. He is a 20+ year innovator in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, cyber warfare, and information operations. Prior to BreachRx, he was a Senior Vice President of Engineering at FireEye and Vice President of Product at iSIGHT Partners, where he held a variety of other leadership roles. Matt previously served in the US Air Force in the Air Intelligence Agency and Air Force Information Warfare Center. After leaving the military, he led research and development teams creating disruptive and next-generation cyber and information security, cyber warfare, and information operations technologies at Sytex Inc. and Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Technology Labs. Matt holds a CISSP and a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
